ADMIT it!!!! Who has a little belly atm????

I admit it, I took 1 month off and eat what ever I want (mostly Ice Cream and chocolate) so let's just say I will have to work hard next year to reach my set goal for next year.

1.1.2006 is game day for me, till than it's the time of pleanty.

Who else here enjoys the winter time?

So you are going to stop training all together or start in 2007?

It's acctually harder than I though, I really miss the gym, I want to eat Ice Cream but I have to constantly tell myself that it's ok for now to eat "bad" food.
It's weird but the past view years I have never really taken off and never "bulked".

lol I'm plaining atm how I reach my goals next year.

I want to take pictures of myself every 2 weeks, (something I wish I would have done 6 years ago), I will do my very best to be in the best shape of my life August (getting married there)

I dunno about you guys, but I love the process of research planing, reading getting hyped up and so forth.
