I love being a dad, i train better and more than ever since last years November (different gym, great trainers there) and i am getting a new job. My old boss was so pissed off with me that he put me on leave while receiving my full pay until i start my new job soon.  ;D ;D
I know a few thing and he's afraid i could talk, now that i leave the company... ;D ;D ;D


Now i have all the time in the world to train and enjoy my family life and don't have to sit in the stinking office (this also means i have no time to surf getbig all day, LOL!)

So, don't plan on seeing me very often anymore.  ;D

Yes, taking long walks in the snowy park with the family is far better cardio than running on the treadmill for an hour.

I switched to 12min. HIIT-Cardio on workout-days, and thanks to the loads of free time i have i have a much more active lifestyle than before. I rarely use the car, i walk to the supermarket and so on. Carrying the shopping bags is another great way to burn some more calories without wasting time.  ;D
