At some point, they will go conservative, pass on Christie, Jeb, etc... and choose ONE candidate from the far-right. It's sad to see 5 conservatives split 80% of the vote, and some joker RINO wins with 19% lol.

the prevalent thinking is that Republicans can abandon that "only a RINO can get elected" mindset after the last 2 RINOs they selected were soundly defeated.
And in 2016, possibly up against a militant Dem like Hilary, they darn sure better run with a tea party candidiate. Cause the only real policy differences between Christie and Hilary are the 70 pound spare tire he brings, and the 30+ years at high level govt she brings. No contest.

When are people going to wake up and see that US and frankly all world politics is a zero sum game. We always lose out no matter who is in charge at the time. And saying he is wasting money doing this is crazy compared to what is really going on worldwide. The deficit is unsustainable and WILL collapse the entire global monetary system sooner rather than later. Who gives a flying fuck if the puppet in the white house has a D or R after their name when that happens. Call me a conspiracy nut, but first do some math and figure out for yourself what it would take to get out of the financial mess the US is in. It's impossible. We have passed the point of no return and everything that is being done is just buying time for the elites to finalize their plans. Ted Cruz reading a kids story is just a funny story to keep the sheep occupied and arguing amongst themselves whilst the oligarchs are sharpening their knives to cut our throats and then run and hide in their bunkers. Forget about politics, you and I have absolutely no power over anything that happens there. We do have control, albeit dwindling, over most of our most basic needs and that is what we should be reinforcing and bulking up for the coming crisis. No. No, good sir. there's no need to group me in with those who will blindly support her. I'd like to be very clear on that, so we don't immediately go down the road to insults and all that. I'm just giving my opinion of what voters will do. You know, those 10 to 12% of swing voters who don't know right now who they'll vote for in 2016. I mean, 47+47% of people already know Dem or Repub. The swing voters are all that matter.
And yeah, I really believe if Obama can have 46% today, and if HIlary was at 66% approval when she left Sec State office (yes, she was that high) - Then yeah, I think only 1/3 of voters would consider her job to be graded FAILING.
Again, I'm not endorsing her, i"m just pointing out that 2/3 of americans don't think she had a fail.

Congress can't unilaterally choose not to fund it. In fact, the spending for ACA will happen even if they shut down the government which is what makes that gambit so fucking stupid. IT's not enough that poverty is both incidental and intentional, either way, you have to have your boot on the poor person's throat. Why is that? You think poverty is such a score that people are clamoring for it? For the dependency of big government and its ample teats? You really think that's how life works? Read that again. Without those laws you have no property rights. No money, No judicial recourse in the event of theft or dispute, You are nothing without the man-made property rights.

As to the phony filibuster by first class moron Ted Cruz, Senator Coburn has been trying to explain to the dunces in his party that about 85% of the spending on the ACA is MANDATORY. Congress can't unilaterally choose not to fund it. In fact, the spending for ACA will happen even if they shut down the government which is what makes that gambit so fucking stupid. You harm the Republican Party and you don't even get anything in return.
