bottom line is this.  do what you like to do.  if you like crossfit.  be the best crossfitter you can be.  if you like bodybuilding, be the best bodybuilder that you can be.  if you waste time on a board ripping on someone's choice of activity, whether it be crossfit, bodybuilding, powerlfiting, etc, there's a 99% chance that you suck at everything and are just frustrated with the fact that you suck.

It's a tough workout no matter what you guys say. It's only as tough as you make it. The last person to put down any kind of athletic activity should be a bodybuilder. I don't do crossfit. I do recognize that it's really hard.

It almost feels like so many guys on this board feel threatened because they know if they went to a crossfit gym with advanced guys they would be humbled. Just like the first time I wrestled a little 145 pound Gracie grappling guy. Every thing I tried he had an answer for.

I have gotten my ass handed to me on many of the workouts I have done lately.  Guess what?  I actually have less joint pains since doing this.  So, for me...its a chance to keep challenging myself.  Most guys get so burnt out with lifting that they stop doing everything and turn into fat slobs.  Thats not an option for me.  I like the competition aspect of it.

If you do crossfit, you have listened to the bullshit crossfitters say and deserve to be bashed.

Whatever crossfitters say always do the opposite.
