If you think Milos is more extreme than the other gurus you would be wrong. Wolf was only with Milos when he had that great showing at the Olympia everyone is praising in this thread.

Milos also trained many pros for free, just saying pay me after the show. Guess what, many of them never gave him shit.

You really think Hany, Farah, Chad, Palumbo, Aceto etc are health oriented in their advice? LOL, Milos' 20iu of insulin pre-workout ain't shit compared to what some of these are doing. Of course, many do the pre-workout insulin which Milos pioneered but never give him credit for the idea.
