I agree with you, but it really depends on who you ask.
I can accept that there are people who really believe they were born the wrong gender. They can and some do change their physical appearance to conform to their self image, but many of them will end up looking like freaks, in my opinion. Caitlin Jenner is no exception to this. When I see photos of Caitlin, I see Bruce Jenner trying to look like a woman. What really counts though is not what others see in them, but how that individual feels about themselves.
