Oh, I'm down with that but if fat soccer moms and law makers want to be worried about highschool kids then steroids should be at the very very bottom of the list or not even on the page at all.

Next thing you know we are going to hear about how steroids make teenagers have aggressive behavior and may even lead them to suicide like that little closet homo Tyler Houghton or whatever his name was.

For women

DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF:

uncontrolled high blood pressure, migraine headaches, or a heart valve disorder;

Ba ha ha!

I have to agree with DISGUSTED. The numbers are grossly exaggerated. 9 out of 10 highschool teenagers engaged in highschool athletics think Optimum Nutrition 100% WHEY Protein (Dutch Chocolate) is a steroid.

I'm not saying it never has happened but the numbers are far too low for any fat soccer mom to be alarmed.

I also know that 9 out of those 10 highschoolers drink and DRIVE regularily, snort cocaine, smoke bud , pop X and have promiscious sex.
why dutch chocolate ?  ;D

So how can I get human grade steroids then? ???

Do they have them at CVS?

Will the lady at the counter give them to me if I ask nicely enough?

Still undecided.

Gas is real expensive and I'd feel too goofy going alone. Unfortunately none of my friends, even the ones most into lifting, are that interested in bbing to go to the Junior Nats...

I call bullshit on that. Absolutely FALSE! I bet my hairy ass they were using something available at your local GNC. I am willing to also bet my hairy ass that out of 100 highschoolers surveyed to be a user...only 1 maybe 2 TOPS actually did or have.
I tend to agree with this. I think it is overblown for 2 main reasons:
1. access to real juice     2. $$$$$
The real sauce is a lot more $$$ than most high school kids could afford on a reg basis.
Crack, beer , pot is more in the price range for HS kids.
Ya know, I don't drink, smoke or do ANY drugs, even steroids.
Having said that, I don't understand why many drugs are illegal. I have heard various theories and know the history of drug laws, etc and it still makes no sense.

Nope since I'm old I got a script. In your case that fact that you were born without testicles would certainly make it legal for you to take at 12 years old.

Actually these are the side effects for the new birth cotrol pill YAZ. Sounds pretty safe to me. I think all young girls should be on it.  ;D

Majority of girls ages 14-25 use boatloads of steroids every day, actually.

Like Jim said...birth control pills. Birth control pills are in fact, steroids. Synthetic hormones. Period.(no pun intended)

The only reason I can think of as to why you guys don't think it's that rampant is location.

Not sure where you guys are from, but here in So Cal, we take our sports seriously!  Which means, if you want that college scholarship for sports, you do what you have to do.  YES, a lot of high school students are on steroids, maybe not 9 out of 10 students, but I'd say 7 out of 10 serious student athletes, easily!  Football/ baseball/ wrestling being the most that I've personally been involved with.

Hell, I've even trained high school athletes and had their parents tell me if they do it, that I make sure they do it safely!  The most popular is anything oral, as these are just kids and are still afraid of needles.

But yeah, every school has at least one or two guys who makes normal trips down south to Mexico and come back with the winning recipe for the CIF championships.

Don't get me started on how much MORE of these kids start AS use in college.... :o
just not good enough

Brutal, let's say you're right and 7/10 student athletes are using steroids (though I find that estimate to be high). Assuming that only 10 percent of high school students play varsity sports, that would leave us with an overall statistic of 7 percent usage. Considering half of the stuff they're getting is fake, it's more like 3-4 percent. Compared to alcohol (90 percent high schooler usage), marijuana (50 percent), tobacco (30 percent) and Adderall (25 percent), I think steroids should be given the appropriate weight it deserves.

Okay, yeah, looking at the entire student body it's not a HUGE percentage of students at all.  And actually I can't think of any high school students that were doing AS for any reason other than sports.  I can only comment on what I've seen myself....  ;)
