you mean training without the gear?
suppose that I'm pulling a bequeer nowadays, i.e. training just to maintain what I have
not sure if serious
but I haven't really lost any muscle at least
switched up to bodybuilding training to give my joints a break i.e. constant tension reps
listen. test levels do not mean anything unless you're an endo specialist. in the picture you look lean but nothing extraordinary. hopefully, you're happy with your look. best results you can get is you go lean in, you bulk with AAS then you cut with AAS. need to have a knowledge of AAS binding to androgen receptor, what to take when and in what amounts. William Lewellyn's Anabolics e-edition is good to learn. I would up the dosages though in his example cycles. Also, need to know how to manipulate nutrients and carb cycle to get a nice fool but lean look. Get Lyle Mcdonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0. It's going to teach you everything you need to know. No buslhit and not easy to follow, but if you do it, assissted, I guarantee you'd look amazing to most gym trolls.
Once you're off, your natural hormonal levels will dictate the look. The longer you're on, the longer you will look inflated when coming off. But, you cannot hope to retain much if any of what you built with exogenous hormones. For some people it takes years to go back to their natural body state, but IT ALWAYS HAPPENS. No workaround it. You could try UD 2.0 without assistance. It works, but you'll be small. c'est la vie
