They simply failed to get enough votes in congress to convict him.
I've often posted that Hillary pulled some shady crap , and some was thoroughly investigated.
They grilled her under oath for over 8 straight hrs on Benghazi and yet she survived .
With President Trump I think it will be simple case of "follow the $$". That's a loooooong , tedious process
Trump's own arrogance will end up being his undoing.
