Now i might be wrong, but i would think to first be considered cheap, that means that you would have money, or some type of income coming in..........
bodybuilders are broke.......so its kinda hard being cheap when your income comes from hustling gear to the locals at your gym and having any fag who is infatuated with muscle pay what little bills u have for your one bedroom apt and daily supply of egg whites and chicken breast.
