in that 1.5 cups, you got about 46 g of protein, 75 g of carbs, and 106 g of fat!
that's a lot of fat, even if it is 'good fat'. the problem, though, is that flaxseed oil goes rancid rather quickly, especially in light and heat. that's why flaxseed oil is sold in black plastic bottles and usually refrigerated.
if the flaxseed was sold to you already milled or ground, and not sold in a light proof container or refrigerated, then some of that oil was surely rancid.
