That top pic with jays arms folded in front of him show how wide he is....arms look 22" too


A couple weeks ago people were saying that Arnold dwarfed jay. Jays arms are at least 2 inches larger than arnolds...maybe 3 inches. And despite being much shorter than Arnold, jays superior natural clavicle width is very obvious

I don't know what Jay is doing differently now, but he just looks "better" than he ever did IMO.

He's held on to some pretty good condition there. I bet most of the other Olympia contenders are bloated looking by now. Jay definitely has some discipline.

Prob been doing photo shoots and supp ads for all of next year then he'll plump up and take some time off

as for now I would stay relatively lean and fill my pockets

Agreed - it wouldbe interesting to see how he's modified his diet in the last two or three years. Not to mention the drug program but it's not like we're ever going to find that out soon.
