and yes, Antoine is "extremely overrated" in the sense that some idiots on the MD board already claim he should be Mr.O
he looks good, still has ways to go. He does need more sizeand better conditionning to win his pro card
I think he lose too much time taking time off in the off-season. But then again he is the won competing in the super-heavies at the nationals and I am posting on getbig at 1h25 am so what the hell do I know

exactly ,not hating on his physique at all but he needs more time fill out, specially his upper body (chest) ..he is one of those guys that looks great by himself but you put him next to someone else he vanishes.

he looks great in his precontest pictures because he always take them in weird angles and he does a lot of twisting all the time.
I think it hurts him in the long run because when people see him onstage they always expect to see that look

im down wtih Canadians,,I've been to T.O a few times.. ..they treated good...i was sponsored by NX LABS when Lou Joseph and Santana Moss were they main athletes..Scott Abel got me in contact with Nx Labs..Canadian chicks are hot as fuck too.

I think the placings were spot on, a dude from the gym placed second and he was bitching he should have won on facebook, I told him to look at the picture again and that he was lucky he got second next to that massive fucker who was third haha
