Those pics of Craig Titus blindfolded and bound came when someone complain, and they had a lockdown, or they thought he was not in the right place. The lawyer at the time complained about his treatment (which was not in long term jail but at the Las Vegas Detention Center), and I think they did agree that they went to far in restraining. 

We have not seen a new pic of Craig in a long time, those were over 3-4 years old.

getbiggers agreed one time that the freakiest natural benchers can achieve a 1 rep max around 405 range considering ideal structure and relatively high bodyfat

diet is VASTLY over rated, the body just doesn't work like that "i put this ratio in it at this timing and manipulate it into superior body composition" it doesn't work like that at all. genetics and hormone levels dictate how the available nutrition is used in regards to body composition and performance


considering these guys are all black and have propensities for violent crime (rape, armed robbery, see the video texts when they interview these dudes) i think it's safe to assume they have high natural testosterone

In most prisons you're allowed to purchase extra food from the commissary.  Family and friends can send you up to something like 50 bucks a week. They can then buy noodles, tinned meat/fish, peanut butter, candies etc...

Most guy are not existing merely on the slop the state gives them.

It is not that complicated: guards and prison officials do not want to have to deal with large, strong, heavily muscled prisoners when it is time for clamp downs and occasional discipline is necessary.  In addition, lifting weights is a privilege not an entitlement so it can be taken away without much resistance or consequence.

without weights in there it becomes a less desireable place for young thugs as well, becomes more of a detterant to crime.  "players go to jail and get muscle"

Some recent things about Titus that no one knows about..

He got born again last summer
He has a girlfriend
He isn't big at all.  He's very holistic..  Into yoga.
He is working on his memoirs.  He's gonna come clean about everything.

Girlfriend as in a female? If so, wouldn't surprise me that it maybe some groupie or "do gooder" type chick it gives the selfish part of Craig a connection to the outside world...
