They like people who spout science all the time.
The sites full of people who keep quoting stats and surveys for everything, 80% of them look a mess yet still keep telling me Im wrong because what I do isnt the norm as far as training and diet goes.

I used to frequent Gary Howell's forum but its all but dead now.
Best UK one by far is UnderGroundMuscle purely for the professional specialists on there.

Gary Howell put someone I know on over a gram a day of test. The guy in question doesn't have the muscle to place in a local show.
I fucking hate that shit, it is part of what has ruined bodybuilding.

I forget about this forum sometimes and go to G&O. After a few minutes I go,where is everyone? Then I remember and come over here. That's where I end up staying. lol
