Fantastic!
Now I’ll let it sit for a couple of weeks and let it breathe, always taste better.

I’m reading Targeted by Stephen Hunter.
12 book in the series about Bob Lee Swagger. The movie Shooter with Mark Walburg is based on the first book.
Books are way better.

One of these days I'll post a pic of my bar.
I just counted and in bourbon alone I have 51 bottles.

Majority of the bottles have been opened and at least sampled.
I never started this as investment more of a enjoyment. I truly love Bourbon and it’s history.
For my birthday a few year ago my wife took me to Kentucky and we did three days of the bourbon trail visiting and sampling the distillery’s .
I do have some unopened rare bottles that I keep stashed away from friends and family when they visit. Lol whenever I have visitors we end up having drinks from my collection.

It’s also who you know. I have a untouched bottle I paid $150.00 for that right now online is being sold at a starting point of $3000!
I also have a couple that are older bottles that have different designs then they do now. I haven’t priced them but I know are worth a nice coin.
