He is lookin awesome, and has always been a crowd fav, as well as one of mine.

It's weird that his hams are so cut, but he has issues with the lower back and glutes....Cutler does too, and look at him now.  *cough*politics*cough*

If he can add a little more leg sweep to balance out his enormous shoulders, and get shredded in the lower back and glutes, he will earn at least one Mr. O title.

I love this guy.  So humble, for someone of his stature.  I get the feeling that he would be so cool to sit down and bs with.

I might be in the minority here, but I don't believe there is any synthol in those arms.  I have no clue how to post pics on the boards, but I am sure that someone has the early Markus pics to post.  The dude is just a genetic freak.

You know, Ruhl is looking good in some parts. Quads, hams, abs, chest, and back width and thickness.

But to win shows with guys like Coleman, Jay, Dex, Paco, and other BBers, he'll need to improve the finer points like proportion, striations and seperation.

Also, his lower right chest is missing a chunk. Probably some sort of tear.

Ruhl HAS to come that heavy because mass is his only advantage. Concerning proportions, striations, seperations or symmetry all the others are ahead of him anyway so he can skip to work on that bullshit. Look at 2005, he was a lot smaller but not harder at all, he just won't get any harder. His only advantage is being BIGGER than all the others, so he has to rely and focus on that.

dude ruhl is 280 plus lbs in these pics and he looks spectacular....i have never seen any one of his size being so striated..yeah once ronnie was but now he ain't..considering ruhl is 280 plus lbs he looks hundred times better than your aesthetic assholes like dexter and melvin anthony...
