Yes, back in the day, though he still may look the same.

The funny thing is that he claims he looks much different now, but wont post a picture. So, how do we know if he looks similar or different than he did in the past. Its all speculation until he posts a picture. Obviously, he is under no obligation to post a picture, however, the only 2 pictures we have to go on are the long red hair picture and his arm picture.

That's a pic from Methods old dirty bulk from 2008, he had trained for about 4 times before taking that picture,

It was from after eating heavy for 2 days during the xmas-holidays.

Even though he had impressive arms back then, he is much bigger and defined now.

It's aweinspiring to see how much lean mass Method 2.0 has added during the years.
