Of they had a pressure cooker filled with metal shards in their backpacks they would sagging down but these bags on the kids as they walk don't seem so heavy.

It seems to be the one fact they are ignoring. a 1 1/2 gallon pressure cooker filled with ball bearings would weigh a fucking lot. A normal backpack wouldn't hold it.

Imagine if you are innocent and the FBI is putting up your image like that. What the fuck do you do? Now every vigilante wants to kill you, yet you haven't done anything wrong. You go to the cops and they will rough you up or even worse torture you for info. I guess you just call a lawyer who is willing to help and let him deal with it.
