uhh it's the same guys dude, i guess you didnt bother clicking the link and looking at the picture. clear photo of two guys, one in a black cap and one in a white backwards hat, right there under the headline. there's even a second link in the article that leads to another article that shows the same two guys.

maybe he was trying to sneak out unnoticed. probably knew the entire area was cordoned off.
