Who said he didn't improve? he did in density & dryness , he already had the size , shape and freaky bodyparts he just needed the outstanding conditioning to compliment them.

Shawn Ray said in 1998 he was ' most improved ' but shouldn't have won the Olympia just based on that.

Ronnie showed flashes of greatness when he beat Flex in 96 he was just hit-or-miss and remember he beat Levrone , Nasser and Wheeler ( among others ) before he became Mr Olympia

I didn't say the ONLY difference and two separate pics when he's not even doing the same shot at the exact same moment proves nothing

his quads by 99 did increase his chest I don't see it , his back , arms , delts etc virtually all the same see the above pics

Ill agree with you that his chest and legs look a little fuller, but be honest with yourself,
the biggest difference is his conditioning. Hes the same size with a lot better conditioning, which means yes, he added some muscle. Dont be stupid Hulkster.
