most people dont take roids for a year
they do a "cycle" and then usually wait for the gains to melt away before considering doing it again

Definitely a good thing. Pure strength gain was the reason I choose anadrol. The anadrol was used during a test cycle but the strength really started to ramp up after introducing anadrol. I didn't lose much of the strength gain after going off.
