Mate of mine. Comments?

Here are a few (terrible quality) vids of my mate paul. One vid is him doing a true one arm chin. The other 2 are exercises he invented called plymetric minkey jumps where he jumps from a chin up bar to as high up as he can up its supports. one vid is bodyweight, the other is with 20kg/45lbs attached.

he approx 70kg, 6 foot tall and 25. A highly competitive boxer world champ drug free powerlifter and all round athlete.

154lbs. at 6 feet, what a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

world champion. drug free. o and fought numerous world european etc boxers. he doesnt care to get bigger. he competes at this weight.
