Here are some pics of me after nearly 2 years of intensive training and a half year of strict diet.

I now weigh in at a solid 103lbs!!

PS. I came straight from the gym when theese pics were taken. Notice the serious pump

Awesome vascularity. You think he would have fasted for a month but no he started doing cardio and higher reps. Shape drastically improved.

I will give him some credit because that is NOT a very good picture.He posted a couple others before,and he does have some decent triceps..He is only 16 yrs old,so if he sticks with it,and takes his lifting seriously,he will definitely get much bigger...at least I think so. $:-\$
