Is he really 250 pounds of solid muscle like he claims?
I know that it is an absurd idea to accuse a man of his caliber of being deceitful, but I was just curious as to what some of the bigger guys here think.
I have already stated that I am currently at 250 pounds at 10% bodyfat, picures will be post in vegas with a hot bitch on each arm to piss off the basement dwellers.

Dude you can see from my posts that I know my shit when it comes to training and nutrition if I was some random fatfuck I would have no clue. I was already over 200 pounds in high school the only difference I was not ripped bodybuilding style.

You own a juicer and make celery, beetroot and banana smoothies doesn't mean you kick ass at nutrition.
You said you were ripped at 8% but you dropped many hints that your diet is high in sugars...firstly juices and you top it up with honey...anyone at 8% especially at that heavy bodyweight won't get away with this much sugar.

Markus Rhul trains mostly with machines and he's the biggest mofo ever seen on stage. He doesn't deadlift either

I'm loathe to believe him but I think he means tren, HGH and so forth while underestimating his stage weight. He said openly that he pins.
I was deluded about what I would weigh ripped until I was 23 and got to 7% and was same weight as Joe Public at 95kg, still some way from stage shape. Maybe 83kg or less stage shape which would scare me.

Humans will always exaggarate their claims to a certain degree they are moraly comfortable with. You always have to keep that in mind whenever someone brings up their so called stats whether its their height, weight, income etc... (This is especially important to keep in mind on dating sites, as most people always will add some inches to their heights, dollars to their income, and substract pounds off their weights)
A good tip is to substract 5-10 % of the claims that is actually being prestented, and you will most likely have the real number. :) For example, if someone tells you they lift 400 pounds in bench presses, the real number is probably somewhere between 375-395 pounds depending on what degree of lying/cheating the individual is comfortable with, and at the same time look at themself as "honest people". They would never claim to lift 400 pounds if they only liftet 200 pounds though, because that is going way over the moral compass which is embedded in our own body/system.
So the moral of the story is, dont take ANY claims seriously untill you actually have the facts on the table... We all remember SMM..... ::)

One thing i still don't understand is the guys who look waterly with very poor conditioning backstage but minutes later they step onstage and take the plastic trophy.
Others are hard as rock backstage, veins popping everywere, striated triceps when pumping, minutes later they step onstage and look bloofy.

There are so many little things that can make your body change at the last minute feeling nervous and stressed before going on stage can change your appearance.

Lot of guys use too much posing oil and it ruins their condition. Oil is thick and can blur the lines very easily. That's one of the reasons you will always look your best with no oil on posing in the locker room.
