I've never seen such a pussified workout in all my life. Yes, he'd been on a plane for a few hours, yes, it was midnight, but that was just lame.

Yes he looks insane but why  screaming and making faces? Thats lame, maybe its good for making teenagers and dreamers a little excited but thats all.

He states I don't want to get injured but no one is saying dead lift 600 or row 300+
It's not the weight it's the complete lack of intensity

saw a kid on twitter had to be like 18 said he would turn pro in 2 years. looked smaller than me. (pssst that's really small). he was on the bpi cutler stack

I hope the DVD features some other scenes than just training (cooking, food shopping etc.). I like BBing, but 2 hours of training is just tedious to watch IMHO,

I'm watching an hour and a half Nasser vid right now. off of youtube of course. good to watch once, but that would be all
