Ex-Miss California USA settles suit after video surfaces

Beauty queen Carrie Prejean, who ignited a furor at Donald Trump's Miss USA pageant by taking a stand against gay marriage, reportedly demanded more than $1 million during settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- until the lawyer for the pageant showed her a raunchy XXX home video that she was in.

The video the lawyer showed Carrie is "extremely graphic and has never been released publicly," the celebrity Web site TMZ.com reported today.TMZ wrote that it obtained the video a few months ago, but "decided not to post it because it was so racy. The site also reported that the 22-year-old Prejean scored no money in her settlement. The pageant will hand over around $100,000 for Carrie's lawyers and publicists connected with the case, TMZ reported.

The two sides were in settlement discussions because both Prejean and the contest had filed suits.The pageant wanted her to repay it $5,200 for her breast implants. Prejean said the pageant violated her privacy by confirming that her breasts were fake.Prejean created a firestorm in April during the Miss USA pageant by saying she was against gay marriage, a statement that made her a favorite of conservatives.She was named first runner-up, and many believe she lost the crown because of her answer.

Soon after, racy photos of her appeared online but Trump stood by her.Prejean spent more time speaking out against gay marriage, and pageant officials soon decided that was shunning her duties. Trump took her crown back in June.She filed suit saying pageant officials dumped her because of her stand on gay marriage. She also said then that they violated her privacy.The pageant fired back that she breached her contract.

i read a story where she is qouted as saying that it's not her but a clone created by the left wing becuase she doesn't agree with their agenda.

why are people so shocked and suprised with celebrity or the like when a tape or pic is found.like they stand on some higher moral ground or should try to,they are human and the rules they have in place for these pageant contestants is impossible to keep to,they are pretty girls,horny,hot what to expect them to do,play with there barbie dream house forever.they should have come up with a 'slut'barbie by now.
