Actually I lost 15lbs of water weight in like 10 days since I started cruising and decided I loved the way I look, so I am just going to try to maintain this look while losing the tiny bit of fat I have left and drying out more. I am just under 225lbs now (5'10). I feel good at this weight, been doing a ton of cardio, and overall I feel great again. I didn't expect it to happen so fast.
Current diet (that I TRY to stick to. A lot of the days the calories are a little higher)
Meal 1 (pre workout)
