Actually I lost 15lbs of water weight in like 10 days since I started cruising and decided I loved the way I look, so I am just going to try to maintain this look while losing the tiny bit of fat I have left and drying out more. I am just under 225lbs now (5'10). I feel good at this weight, been doing a ton of cardio, and overall I feel great again. I didn't expect it to happen so fast.


Current diet (that I TRY to stick to. A lot of the days the calories are a little higher)

Meal 1 (pre workout)
2 tbsp whey from synthetek (30/0/0, 125), 1 ½ cup oats (15/81/9, 450), 3 fish oils (0/0/3, 30)
45/81/12, 605

Meal 2 (post workout)
Chicken breast (52/0/1, 240), 1 ½ cup oats (15/81/9, 450)
62/81/10, 690

Meal 3
2 scoops Elite XT (42/12/4, 260), 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (7/6/16, 190) (or 3 eggs or 20 almonds), 1 cup oats (10/54/6, 300), 3 fish oils (0/0/3, 30)
59/72/29, 780

Meal 4
Chicken breast (52/0/1, 240), 1 cup oats (10/54/6, 300) (or corn flakes or cherios)
62/54/7, 540

Meal 5
Chicken breast (52/0/1, 240), 1 cup oats (10/54/6, 300), 3 fish oils (0/0/3, 30)
62/54/10, 570

290/342/68, 3,185

holy fuck, you people and your carbs. I swell up like an ethiopian child on just 1/2 a cup of oats for breakfast.. wish I could eat like that and not be 20% bf :(

I remember going to a Robby Robinson seminar back in the early 90s and some gym owner asked him a long winded question about protein/carbs and the pitfalls of eating them together.

Robby shook his head and said "When I diet I use a small bowl and off season I use a big bowl"

I always laugh when I see guys weighing all this food out and using body fat callipers.

Exactly the mirror is all you need. All this fat callipers and measuring dont mean a dam thing on stage if you look like shit.

I could gain weight on what you eat amd lol. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I used to cut weight naturally on 3,000 calories a day when I had much less muscle. The thing is I am starving if I eat any less than 4,000 calories a day so I basically have to starve all day

They are ok I guess, but being a numbers guy that you are continue on. I just never got into that stuff just counted calories and used the mirror. Multiply your weight in lbs by 15 that a general rule for maintenance then drop as needed.

yeah, it's just that your mind can sometimes play tricks on ya when you go low cals for more that a few weeks, so the skinfolds keep it more "objective" so to speak

how low would you go cal wise? right now i'm @ BWx9

Well look in the mirror if not where you need to be, then drop 200 cals the body as in a lean state goes into a fasting mode for survival so dont drop too much it  holds on to fat if dropping too much for survival so dont drop too much...

Once a week, just eat what you want. Dont worry about it then next day back to the grind.

and in fact i'd say that pics are even better than the mirror coz then you can properly see if you've made actual progress or not

It took me years to realise that rice is not what I like to eat and I do not really feel great after it.

I currently eat 1kg of chicken (fried on olive oil), 250g of cottage cheese, 750g of veggies and fruits. I was never bigger, stronger and as lean as I am right now.

yes, hungry is not when one feels like eating again, or when something might fill again in the stomach.
those are called apetite.

hungry is when you shit everything out of the stomach, and its almost painfully cramping, very different feeling to this.

then wait 30-60minutes, its not gonna kill anyone-and then have next meal.

if i would eat whenever i feel like, or whenever if feel theres room for a bit food, thatd be 10k calories each and every day.
