When I lived in NY I found 40 F degree days in winter to cause me to sweat. It's all relative.

I think there’s also a big genetic component. I just don’t tolerate heat well. 30s is nothing to me. But when it gets up into the 80s I can’t sleep right and sweat like a pig.

I'll take the cold over heat and humidity.

Lived in SE Texas most of my life, it's fucking brutal.

Like living in a sauna.

I can't stand the cold weather, there's been time when i start shaking literally because it's 72 degrees. Having almost no body fat is hard
