Basically we need people who can’t be bought and don’t have connections u fortunately if those people existed within a year or two they would be bought so we are screwed forerve cause with that much power comes lies and bullshit 24/7. We are fucked.
That's the bottom line.
I don't know exactly when we reached the point of no return. I suspect it was the late 50's early 60's. We, the general public, were just oblivious to it. We generally believed politicians were competent adults, who had a better understanding of the problems facing the country than the average person and, a few minor squabbles aside, politicians would put aside their differences and do what was best for the country. By the 70's people were starting to catch on that the government would play with our lives as long as there was a financial gain (wars to stimulate the economy etc..)
But it's been a con for so long they don't even hide it. They do whateverr the fuck they want and just have the press secretary tell a bald faced lie the next day or not address it at all. Now MSM is on board and social media is a tool of federal law enforcement.
Our government is doing to us now what we thought it only did to other countries.
In summary: we are fucked.
