Put another 20 pounds in the backpack.

it would rip, i might have to link two back packs together or just get under the heavy barbell that il have to stack on a cynder block underneath the weight so i can get under it, and do pushups with the barbell on my back

Falcon you talk alot about calories. What is your daily food intake (list)? To maintain ~275 lbs I would think it would be quite high.

Remember Falcon, calories are not the only energy source availible. Caffine is a very good source of energy, and it's calorie free to boot ;D Remember man, if you consume too many calories then you will just get fatter.

Great innovation on the cynder block John Grimek used to workout with those looked pretty decent back in the day.

i dont think my calories are nothing super high or rediculuous

a typical day
64 ounces of juice bout 1000 calories of juice
120 ounces of water
some walnuts and raisons 300-400 calories
beans and rice 2-3 servings 250 calories per serving
peanutbutter sandwiches maybe 2 or 3 maybe 350-400 calories a sandwich
32 ounces of more juice 500 calories
more water

so maybe 3500 calories a day or 4000 calories

i should keep better track though those sandwiches add up, but that doesnt mean i will reduce calories. i eat food as needed or when hungry

After notoriously doing lunges for a period of time last year I suddenly realized I had accidentally built up paramount sprinting abilities.

It was such notable I almost didn't want tell anyone in case I was planing to break the 100m sprint record sometime in the future.

yes when i played basketball last year after doing lunges pre game i would easily dart past everyone, i really felt great remorse for those who didnt have this knowledge

today im doing step ups with weights they seem to be much easier to do and you can add a good amount of weight but dont have to balance yourself as much as when doing lunges on the floor. stepping up onto 1.5 feet or 2 feet high is perfect leg workout

variation is good though

I like to take, for example lunges, as far as I can, then as soon as there is a peak, it's time to set forth on a new project. your body feels what it is, and then you maximize that till you peak and so forth.
 

building experience because you really focus and explore everything to the full.


you can later come back to what you did again, and next time you peak you are often better even thought it's been a long time,


you can sort of feel what your body want to do.

That's quite similar to what Louie Simmions from Westside Barbell says about 3 week mini-cycles and using this method to break through training plateaus, interesting.
