I think the T-shirt branding notion is a fine idea.
Ron can start with a low inventory, say 1000 shirts, and see how well those sell. He can even pick out the designs and phrases based off of what the members think would be the funniest and most captivating slogans for production (possibly create a thread to vote for these).
Clearly, just as GetBig pushes the limits on what is politically correct, I can see the T-shirts being both racy and edgy in nature.
I would proudly wear my GetBig T-shirt while at the gym.
