So I was at the health store getting some my 'isopure' on....as I was leaving there was a basket with free supplements .... Which one should I try first getbig broskies ??

They are all the same 'pre workout, nitrix oxide type , super pumped...' mix....of god knows what.

The supplement industry is like all the others. I can't believe the amount of crap they try to sell you. All you need is a good whey protein (unless you can eat 4-5 times a day chicken or fish wihtout getting bored) , multi-vitamins and minerals... and that's about it.

respect your internals. use supplements sparingly. you see some kids living on ten different pills and powders per day. you gotta take it easy. try 1-2 things and see what you like.
