The supplement industry is like all the others. I can't believe the amount of crap they try to sell you. All you need is a good whey protein (unless you can eat 4-5 times a day chicken or fish wihtout getting bored) , multi-vitamins and minerals... and that's about it.
I don't really cling to the high-protein theory. I generally keep it around 1,5g/1,6 par kilo of bodyweight. I just prefer to dispatch the intake in 6 meals with portions of 25g of protein, two of them beeing protein powder. That's about it.
