I like how Quincy says he's not 6'3" and then steps on the scale with giant shoes to prove it.

Quincy is on of the few gentle responsbile giants around the circuit at the moment. 

regardless of his weight he has got respect and class. maybe a few others around the IFBB should follow his example.

Yeah he is real down to earth even though he comes off a little agitated.  Qt is a good guy, seems a bit perturbed with Freeman though.  I think he is going to nail it in the next three weeks and come in looking nuts.
