That is what I'm eating each weekday this week so far (6 smaller "meals").
Weekends, I eat whatever, like Buffalo Wild Wings and Pizza, etc. 
Wondering how many calories this is each day. (Don't count calories and too lazy to figure it out).

Lost weight on this "diet" since giving up booze calories. Extra 10 lbs just fell off in a week or two...

Yes sir.  I love those pizza's.  My daughter is a vegetarian and we do a couple of these a week.  Sometimes on my half, I'll load it up with turkey bacon.  Last week I bought one with everything on it.  Cooked it in the toaster oven at work.  I absolutely loved it.

20 grams hydrolyzed collagen with 16 oz water

150 grams salmon (I buy about 2.5 lbs of salmon each week at Costco and cut filets and poach them as part of weekend meal prep)
150 grams sweet potato
150 grams broccoli

175 grams sirloin steak (cooked in bulk sous vide and then weighed and slice before reheating)
150 grams brussel sprouts (steamed)
75 grams (cooked weight) quinoa

Have not had dinner yet

Each AM I have a drink, Pomegranate Juice, Creatine, L-Arginine, 2 TS Olive Oil.
Supposed to be heart healthy. We'll see... (Not the Creatine, but they do give it to heart patients who are weak, Im not there yet)!

60 gram protein shake, 1/2 cup bran cereal.
