6 gallons of coffee

1 + 1/2 pounds Cod with Panko bread crumbs cooked in olive oil
1 cup rice
1 cup pineapple juice

chicken + rice with tomato sauce and diced tomatoes
water

1 bowl of raisin bran
3 rice cakes with natty PB
1 banana

protein bar, diet root beer float, 1 tbsp peanut butter

Don't you find yourself getting weaker at the gym each week?

Unless I'm ON a heavy dose... I can't even do a set up pushups eating clean like that.

I wish I could but man... sometimes pizza tastes better than being ripped feels =-)

I have a few cheat meals here and there and a whole cheat day once a week if I feel like it.

To be honest with you,this is not a tough eating "plan" for me to follow at all........I usually eat like a Spartan when training for a contest.

My strength has more than tripled because due to an illness and other factors, I have literally done zero training for at least 5 years.....so I got way way stronger as oppoed to being weaker

During those 5 years I sat around and ate a ton of garbage......first time I ever had a gut in 66 years.....I was eating tons of crap.

Already lost at least 5 inches from my waist.....I just eliminated junk food.

Can`t do much cardio due to my condition but the fat is coming off nicely.

If I were you I would get strict and eat clean for 2 days....third day still eating clean.....have one cheat meal dont go crazy with it though....next 2 days clean diet again.....next day eat whatever you desire but use your head and dont go too far overboard......next day clean with one more cheat meal thrown in.....wash,,,rinse...repeat,,,,,,,,,this will help you stay more focused and it`s not as strict.....just dont go nuts on the cheat meals/day.......THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN`T LOOK BETTER EATING LIKE THIS IF YOUR DIET HAS BEEN TERRIBLE

Nothing special "YET".....just tightening things up like removing all junk food and eating good solid mucle building foods that re les calorie dense.

As I get in better condition I`ll cycle my carbs and get a little more strict with the diet.

I hardly ever count cals but I do count macros come contest time......not really gonna compete anymore but I`ll still count them for best reults.

I never change my eating on heavy or light days as a rule...... I don`t think you should ever be so depleted that you can`t work hard as hell even if poundages are reduced.....intensity is key.....lighter weight feels heavy if you take short rest periods so  there`s no reason to ever really have a "bad" worrkout.........some are just better than others but none are bad if you make adjustments and train according to how you feel on any given day.
