Yup..........I still may have the occasional diet soda here or there but they`ll be few and far between.

I`m training all natural and looking far better.......no TRT yet but I plan on doing it fairly soon.

You`de amazed at what 5 years of sitting on your ass and eating like crap can do to your phyique.

I couldn`t breathe for shit due to my dumb ass smoking all those years....plus I somehow lost interet in it..........I now have COPD but training doens`t bother me.

All I can do is walk for cardio....if I overextend myself by carrying something a short ditance such as a fairly heavy trash can for 20 yards or so it feels like I`m gonna` have a heart attack.

I fucked myself up but good.......no one to blame but myself but I still train hard and fast.......doen`t seem to bother me at all.....thank God.

If anyone reading this is still smoking.......QUIT TODAY.....trust me it will kill you and doesn`t discriminate.

Actually just trying to cut cals and eat smaller portions....my progress on losing fat on my waistline seems to have stalled a bit.

I reduced the oats from 1 cup to 1/2 cup.....slow adjustments.....added in veggies just last night,I was hardly eating any at all.

8 eggs is roughly 560 calories......I do not need that many calories in one meal..............I`m training at home with just some dumbells and a bench so my calorie expenditure from training is nothing like it used to be like.

After not training at all for 5 years,I`m regaining lost muscle and losing fat....I think small adjustments are better and I honestly dont count cals per se`, I just roughly estimate macros,but 560 in one sitting is not a good idea as I eat 4 X or so daily and doing that my 4th. meal would consist of water and air. ;D

I get hungy dude,gotta` get used to less food,less calories,and eating healthier.and cleaner again......I was living on calorie dense junk food for the most part when I was inactive so I`m making great progress at the moment.

I hear you man.  Believe me, I know you know what works.

I've just found the older we get, sometimes have to mix it up from the traditional methods.

I've decided in Sept to get rid of any excess, and I might just try keto for the first time, just to see what happens.

Last night for dinner I fixed pork pot stickers that I got from the frozen foods section of the grocery store. I ate the entire package which was meant to serve 2.5 people. I don't understand why companies package their products to serve a half a person. Anyway, they were really easy to cook on the stove top. Mine turned out better than some I've had in restaurants. I had to add some soy ginger dipping sauce because what is in the package isn't enough.

I was too lazy to cook some rice to go with this making a more rounded meal. Also some steamed vegetables such as bok choy would have been a good addition. Oh, and some sake to drink. Next time I will be better prepared to make this a full meal.

4 eggs scrambled with sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbls sour cream

3/4 cup peanuts

Shake of 3 raw eggs, 4 tbls heavy cream, 1/2 cup halfnhalf, cocoa powder

2 mugs coffee with halfnhalf

Dinner...

1 ground turkey patty
Zucchini
Tomatos and 1/2 avocado

12 oz ribeye, sweet potato, broccoli with cheese, milk.

Popcorn and 2 - 16 oz craft beers.

3-4 liters of water throughout the day.

Your tolerance for eggs is impressive. Doing more than 4 to 6 eggs daily for me is just asking for trouble
