I figured they were from Belgium like french fries whatever I have one almost every morning good carbs to start the day and I use fresh eggs from my own chickens to make the mix so they have some protein as well. Usually batter makes like 1.5-2 of them to be honest trying to up my morning carbs stomach feels better than when I ate just a lot of bacon or sausage for breakfast. Still have bacon or sausage but start with the waffles

What do you think Belgian means?

You eat French Fries, Swedish meatballs, Canadian maple syrup, Spanish omelette etc. Not France fries, Sweden meatballs, Canada maple syrup, Spain omelette.

Had been following my 4x day meal plan with minimum 40g animal protein per meal, carbs from fruit and veg, higher fats.......

Today felt like a good day for a refeed to will hit the oatmeal, maltodextrin, dave's killer bread, and rice a bit hard each meal to to feel a bit fuller.

Training volume has increased and did a speed ruck with 35lbs for 6 miles yesterday and I think it made me hungry.

Think my body needs a break to let my digestive system catch up

Rest and refeed day after squats

So Far
Belgian Waffle extra butter extra maple syrup 3 pieces of bacon coffee
2 Mcdonalds steak egg and cheese bagels 3 hashbrowns
2 flank steak sandwiches on wheat with 2 slices of cheddar on each and mayo
3 frozen beef and bean gorditas with added salsa and sour cream
Whey Casein protein shake with whole milk
Bowl of Cookie crisp cereal with whole milk
Gallon of Gatorade

Planned for later
Having spaghetti with hamburger meat and mushroom sauce for dinner
Protein shake before bed


Walked 2 miles on beach and one mile around neighborhood with dog. Weight is over 220 and muscles just look different chest and delts are bigger rounder than ever even legs everything is fuller back traps everything weight is low 220's but just look bigger. Digestion is great stomach feels good.
