Meal # 1 Post-Workout:
1 scoop of whey in water
2 Tbsps. of honey
1 banana

Meal # 2:
2 baked chicken breast sandwiches with honey dijon mustard
16 oz. Diet Coke

Meal # 3:
2 cans of water packed tuna with a small amount if mayo
16 oz. Diet Coke

Meal # 4:
1 scoop of whey in water

I was looking forward to pigging out but weirdly enough I didn`t have much of an appetite.

I also had a bowl of chocolate ice cream,then later some chocolate chip cookies with a mug of milk.

Dinner: rice, fillet steak, broccoli, yellow, red, green bell peppers, onion, peanuts, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, fishoil and vitamin K2
About half a gallon of mineral water over the course of the day

its going great.... been about 5 weeks... down 15lbs... no cravings really.... pumps are improving... strength hasnt dipped too much... no cardio yet... calories are still pretty high too... sleeping great as well...thanks for that blueprint bro!!!
