i just noticed that i use a false (thumbless) grip on almost 90% of my excercises.... really the only excercises i DONT use a false grip is:
Shrugs
Deadlifts
Hammer Curls
Lat/Front Raises
other than that i use false grip on everything including Flat/Dec/Inc presses. shoulder presses whether it be BB or DB, Curls etc...
i feel it much better with false grip specially for back movements, what about you guys? what do you use and dont use false grip on
