Why argue you are fucking daft because you are contradicting yourself like I get it you think you are a great rehab person the same reason every idiot thinks they are a great trainer and their clients go nowhere.
I only made one single recommendation in the last 4 years. I am not talking about one winner after the fact I am talking about the one single pick I gave you people. Maybe when I throw you another one next time you will pay attention. I said but right now as in right fucking now. No one listened
Any more random thoughts that don't address the subject? You're a good little boy for not addressing anything else other than my final statement though. Seems you know when you tuck your tail between your ass cheeks and run.
Hey fuck stick....all this science reading and you don't know about cellular metabolism. Hopefully you do not believe lactate is the cause of muscle soreness (wouldn't surprise me if you did). Lactate gets converted back to glucose in a very short period of time. There is no way you are even getting close to your lactate threshold for it to be present one week from now.....no way, no how...not even with your brutal training sessions.
You've never been shredded in your life. There is a difference between beach body lean and bodybuilding competition ready lean.
I didn't want to go too heavy as I don't want much inflammation. I have a Dr apt in California on Monday. So I did some lighter pause reps to see how that felt. I don't want a lot of lactic acid in the chest or biceps or shoulders on Monday. But Yeah I do plan to train this week and through any potential surgery. The dr said last time they did work on my shoulder it was easy to do because I have a lot of muscle tissue. The more muscle you have the more they have to work with
I worked in a library in college. You could spend the rest of your life reading and never get through it all. One subject always leads to the next.
