Home made Kung Pao chicken with white rice and extra veggies. Milk.
Half a can of unsalted almonds. Bag of popcorn with that butter powder stuff.
4 liters of water throughout the day.
Holding weight good, was able to get into my 32" waist jeans again.
Going to stay lean the rest of the year.
