315x15?! Dang crazy strong! I know I cant do 315 x 15 maybe not even 225X20 I never train that high in reps so I'll burn out fast I'm too use to lower reps.
not just 315 for 15 but 15 sets of 15 or maybe im reading it wrong, if hes claiming that he is for sure the greatest bench presser who ever lived, 300 reps with 315 in one workout, thats some strong jamaican food.
dont be crazy man youre a stronger presser than I.... you def can do that... you just need to try....it...225 for 20 is piss easy
