Ruhl would get a heart attack only trying to punch Tyson. Tyson is still a an ex-professional boxer remember (and world heavyweight chmp incidentally). He would probably kill Ruhl with one punch.

Tyson is in bad shape, but he is the fighter. He would likely win. He can still move quicker than Ruhl, and I bet he can still punch harder then Ruhl ever could.
