Hey all. I was wondering if anyone else went through this too...I can be dieting to the T, loving how I eat, what I eat, etc...training intensely, looking forward to going to the gym, etc...
Then...out of no where after around 4 months (ive noticed 2 years in a row on my calendar this has happened) my motivation and inspiration dissipates.. This happened september for me, where I kinda lost alot of steam...
Ever since then, my diet has became sloppier, i noticed no more weight loss, i stopped doing cardio,
but my weight is stabilized- I only put on 8 lbs of bad weight..
Im trying to get back on the horse now, in November, and December, and try to hit the new year full steam...I have off this week of thanksgiving, im planning on going to the gym daily in the AM for cardio, then at 4:30pm for training...then its back to work for 2 weeks, and im off Dec 8th till January 3rd!! so Ill have ALL of decmber to trian like a Pro bodybuilder (hahaha!!!) and try to get in great shape..
SO what do you guys do to get motivated...?? ..Maybe I should try watching Cutlers Dvds...i havent felt like it though..
