lol manschmoes, good one.

i'm lean, not contest lean....but im in real good offseason shape.

M.1.   7 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with jelly.

M.2.   6oz. Chicken, 2 cups white rice, 1 apple.

M.3.   5oz. Steak, 10 oz. Potato

M.4.   6oz. Chicken, 1.5 cups rice.

M.5.  4oz. Salmon, 1 cup rice, salad.

M.6.  30 grams casein, half cup oatmeal, quarter cup walnuts.

THis is kinda the approach the ill be taking this offseason...more like 6-8 oz per meal though...Gonna try and get as big and lean as possible but stay around 200-205...

hey vinny, when did you make the fastest progress you have ever made in terms of changing you physique besides the first couple years of beginners luck? and during that time what were you doing in terms of diet, training, and your drug cycle?

vinny what do you attribute those gains in your 30's too? Just learning your body better? Maturity? Metabolism slowing down a bit? More knowledge??

Also what weight did u start competing at??

vin what;s your main carb's daily,ur cheat carbs offseason, eating clean for the most part is what u seem to follow but does that change month to month to change ur condtion,do u prefer rice or potatoes and grain bread, your metabolism seems still great for your age ,do u feel thats due to changing the caloric intake wk to wk or not...

its amazing that nothing has changed other than the quantities per serving ,,bbing diet main staple is same from when u started to now, there are no secrets..unless u compete and final dry out process is maybe where the help of someone else's eye to get u on stage at your best..i agree with eating good,i eat the same things every day ,and enjoy pizza and other things when i need/want 2..thanks vin for your replies ,,misconception people have is they think they have to pig out to get bigger, then that will make them stronger,u can make gains lean not contest lean but gym shape lean and still be pretty strong..
