I only drink milk from the tap.

I drink at least a 1/2 gallon or a gallon a day.  All the premate protein drinks are casien protein.  Wake up, that means milk. "I was fooled too" until 10 yrs ago.

Milk is fantastic for protein, and tastes great.  Mostly 1% or skim I drink.  Everynight with dinner for sure, 2 big glasses.  And my physique shows it too.

I'm slightly lactose intolerant, therefore I only drink skim milk in moderation. Too much milk and unpleasant things happen. :(

I eat skim milk powder 6 tablespoons at a time and wash it down with liquid creatine, but that's 'cause I'm waaaay hardcore.

yeah i love dairy, but only really have milk on my cereal.. but i eat cottage cheese and cheese at least once or twice a day yeah. then chocolate i guess thats tasty lol
