Yes, my idols in bodybuilding are Markus Ruhl, Dorian Yates, Jay Cutler, Dennis james and I will get laughed at for this one but Art Atwood. I have never seen a pro put on that much size in 2 years. Fricken monster. Branch Warren is another guy I think is bad ass.
No shame in being an Atwood fan, he's the only guy when doing a rear lat spread that I've ever seen where it looks like he's got another set of lats coming out of his lats...Freaky :o
Branch and Jay are also unreal, Branch just keeps getting better and better. I would love to see Ruhl in person, but so far I never have.

If I can get some pics taken I will post them in a new thread for honest critism and advice (and insults because it is inevitable). I just want to be my best and hopefully compete someday and you can't do that without honest no BS critism and advice. Plus I like this forum. Lot of good guys with great attitudes (except the occasional roid rage, which I am guilty of at times) and knowledge. With a group like this I am bound to hear what I need to hear to get it in gear and make the proper changes for the best.

I know alot of people don't like what Art has built but I appreciate it. He is a true warrior and from what I hear a hell of a nice guy.

Do you compete Arnie Jr? How has the combination of t-3 and clen with tren and primo working for you as far as body composition, bf% and density?

please present us your new cycle  ...?

The current plan is the following:

Weeks 1-7 40-50mg Tbol ED
Weeks 1-10 450mg Test Prop & 300 Masteron
Weeks 11-12 400mg Test Prop
PCT - Clomid for about 20days
I'll also be taking about 40mg of Nolva a week during the cycle.
I might also throw some Clen into the mix but who knows.

I'm planning on starting it in October.

This cycle was for a show I have coming up in August, but I'm not sure if the show is going to work out for me or not. I had some injuries during my diet along with a stomach virus that set me back a little bit. The show is 5wks from this coming Saturday, but from looking in the mirror I feel I probably need 8wks wks do be in top form. Here in a few wks I'll make a decision about what I'll do, if I feel I can be on point then I'll do it, if not, I'll find another show a few wks later or just scratch the whole thing this go around and go back to the drawing board. By no means will I ever step on stage if I'm not 100%...why anyone ever does this is beyond me.

As for the prop/tren/clen/t-3, one of the best stacks for leaning out...this is assuming everything else is in order, i.e. no injuries, no virus.

Yes. I've got three 20ml bottles of Prop/Masteron blend. It's 75mg of Prop & 50mg of Masteron per ml.

Sorry to hear about the set backs bro. Contest prep can be brutal to the body from what I hear. Where was the show going to be held? I know of an NPC coming up in Missouri next month. That is about as close as I will be to a contest anytime soon (spectator). I want to compete badly but got some more growing and maturing to doing physically (probably mentally too) ;D

What are your current stats if you don't mind me asking?

5'8" Floating around 195lbs. I haven't had my bf checked lately but have had it done several times in the past and based on that I'd say somewhere in the mid to high 6% range. The plan was compete as a light heavy, but of coarse I would rather be doing it as a heavy...pure ego thing. But so far I haven't been comfortable getting above 220lbs during bulking phases simply because that makes dieting even tougher. I don't care for my bf getting much over the 10-12% during bulking so 220 is as big as I've let myself get. Hopefully as I get better I'll be able to put on more lean mass and come in heavier without having to sacrifice conditioning.

The show is in TN.

It is where I am at with my approach to bodybuilding in essence I desire more size. I am currently at 230lbs 11% bf. I have never cut down, competed or tried to lean out because in the back of my mind I am simply not big enough yet. I guess it is all psycological and very individual in nature from person to person in this sport but I will have to overcome the HUGE at all costs mentallity to look better. Here you are at 6% bf and probably look great. 195 lbs at 6% bf is awesome and I hope you decide to compete to prove most of all to yourself that you are better than you give yourself credit for (light heavy, heavy or otherwise). I am in the same boat with you brother, you have taken it further and accomplished more than me in the competition arena but we want our best out of ourselves. Please keep after it and keep us posted. There isn't a person here that doesn't back you and respect you for the balls it takes to pursue your dream.

I think about $50 a bottle...but the guy is no longer in business. He got out of the "game" about four or five months ago. I've only had them about six or seven months.

test prop is preffered form  of test for  dieting/cutting phases of training, giving the user less water and fat retention  than :test e , cyp, sust...

test prop / tren acetat = a bomb

This is the cycle I'm on, adding in the clen at 4 weeks. Did this last year, what a cycle...can you say sick!
Just spot me BITCH!!!
